Kuwait: His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Monday despatched a letter of due to outgoing top minister His Highness Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.

Within the message, His Highness the Amir spoke extremely of His Highness Sabah Al-Khaled’s determination in serving “the valuable hometown” and selling its “building march” right through his tenure.

“We dangle you in top esteem for handing over for your tasks at your highest, which is able to stay within the reminiscence of the hometown,” His Highness the Amir wrote.

He expressed highest needs for His Highness Sabah Al-Khaled, hoping that he’s going to proceed contributing to the development and prosperity of the hometown.
