Istanbul: Russian and Ukrainian delegations will meet in Istanbul on Wednesday to talk about the resumption of stalled grain deliveries around the Black Sea, Turkish Defence Minister Hulusi Akar stated.

The four-way assembly may also come with UN officers, who’ve been proposing tactics to renew deliveries alongside secure corridors from blocked Ukrainian ports, Akar stated in a remark.
