Geneva: Swiss airspace reopened Wednesday morning after a pc glitch grounded flights around the Alpine country for a number of hours, officers stated.
“The technical malfunction at Skyguide has been resolved,” the Swiss air visitors regulate provider stated in a tweet, including that “the airspace closure used to be lifted at 8:30 am (0630 GMT)”.
“Swiss airspace is now open once more and air visitors over Switzerland and operations on the nationwide airports of Geneva and Zurich are resuming.”
