Moscow: The Kremlin stated Thursday it was hoping that “extra skilled other people” would come to energy in Britain because the BBC reported Boris Johnson will surrender as Conservative celebration chief.

“We wish to hope that some day in Nice Britain extra skilled individuals who could make choices thru discussion will come to energy,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated. “However at the present time there may be little hope for that.”
