Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday presented his “sincerest congratulations” to Britain’s King Charles III after he was once formally proclaimed monarch at a pomp-filled rite in London.

“Please obtain my sincerest congratulations in your accession to the throne,” Putin mentioned in a telegram addressed to the brand new king, the Kremlin mentioned. “I want Your Majesty luck, powerful well being and above all of the best possible.”
