KUWAIT: Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Communications and Data Generation Affairs Dr Rana Al-Fares despatched a memo to the Common Supervisor of the municipality Engineer Ahmad Al-Manfouhi which incorporates a plan to make the personnel at Kuwait Municipality include Kuwaiti voters utterly.
“The plan comprises the ‘Kuwaitization’ of all posts within the Municipality inside a particular period of time in correlation with the desires of the municipality. It features a coaching program for nationals with a purpose to fortify its total efficiency taking into account that public jobs serve the general public pursuits,” the memo incorporated.
