KUWAIT: His highness the Top Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah’s consultant, Minister of Overseas Affairs Sheikh Dr Ahmed Nasser Al-Sabah met on Monday with the Tunisian Top Minister Dr Najla Bouden.
