KUWAIT: Deputy Top Minister, Minister of Oil and State Minister for Cupboard Affairs Dr Mohammad Al-Fares introduced Monday assigning Justice Saad Abdul-Karim Al-Safran as legal professional basic. “Upon the Splendid Judicial Council’s approval and a presentation via the Minister of Justice, the Council of Ministers authorized a decree, appointing Al-Safran as legal professional basic,” reads a remark launched via Kuwait Information Company (KUNA).
