KUWAIT: Deputy Top Minister and Minister of Oil Dr Mohammad Al-Fares met on Thursday with Brazilian Secretary for Strategic Affairs Admiral Flavio Rocha and the accompanying delegation. In step with the Cupboard Secretariat, Dr Al-Fares-also state minister for cupboard affairs-discussed with Rocha all the way through the assembly tactics to strengthen bilateral members of the family.
