Brussels: The EU is getting ready to carve out exceptions in its difficult sanctions in opposition to Moscow that will unblock property at Russian banks related to business in meals and fertiliser, a record confirmed on Tuesday.

Member nations “wish to make it abundantly transparent that there’s not anything within the sanctions this is slowing the delivery of grain out of Russia or Ukraine,” an EU diplomat informed AFP on situation of anonymity.
