KUWAIT: The appeals court docket overruled a felony court docket ruling which had sentenced the suspect within the killing of Kuwaiti citizen Farah Akbar to demise, and sentenced him to existence in jail as a substitute.

The suspect’s protection had denied premeditated homicide intent within the case that rocked the Kuwaiti society.
