Brussels: US Secretary of State Antony Blinken stated Friday that President Vladimir Putin’s resolution to ship reinforcements to Ukraine’s Kharkiv area underlined the massive losses Russia’s forces are taking in its battle.

“There are an enormous selection of Russian forces which are in Ukraine and sadly, tragically, horrifically President Putin has demonstrated that he’s going to throw a large number of folks into this at large price to Russia, at large price to its long term,” he stated.
