Elmau Fortress: President Joe Biden on Sunday described Russia’s newest bombing of Ukraine’s capital Kyiv as “barbarism” on the G7 summit in Germany.

“It’s extra in their barbarism,” Biden advised newshounds on the summit website within the German Alps, when requested for his response to the Russian missile moves in opposition to a residential development.
