KUWAIT: Kuwaiti engineer Adel Al-Wasis received the primary position within the GCC Patent Administrative center award for the most productive water distillation mission, held lately on the GCC pavilion in Dubai Expo 2020. In a press remark on Thursday, Wasis mentioned he was once one among 5 inventors who certified to the finals for his invention on “watering with chilly steam”.

He added that his mission specializes in purifying salty water by means of the use of an air-free tank to cut back water boiling temperature, and the use of solar energy to extend water warmth. The engineer famous that he had labored on many water-related tasks in over ten years, aiming to get to the bottom of the loss of drinkable water within the Gulf area.
